A core component of the Rottnest Island Management Plan 2023-28 (RIMP), is the Land Use Plan which provides an outline of all the areas that mixed use development can take place.
What is the Land Use Plan?
How land is used on Wadjemup is regulated by the Rottnest Island Authority Act 1987 (the Act). The Act defines the boundary of the settlement; the Land Use Plan identifies potential land use areas within the settlement.
