You’ll engage in a wide range of projects, from visitor services, infrastructure expansion and refurbishment to environmental and heritage conservation, which allow you to constantly expand your skill set and learn as you go.

A diverse and inclusive workforce

We believe in the strength of a diverse workforce, one that reflects the communities we serve and live in.

We strongly encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Australians, people with disabilities, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, women, young and mature age workers, and members of the LGBTQI+ community to join our team.

Be part of a vibrant community

As well as working with your team, you’ll also collaborate with a passionate and dedicated group of island businesses, industry bodies, and volunteers, all working together for the advancement of Rottnest Island.
